I enjoy the whimsy of painting food pictures.  These paintings are encaustic on Masonite board applied with a palette knife, as demonstrated in the "painting of a burger" series at the end.


The single-food paintings are 6" x 6."  The four-dessert ones are 12" x 12."  The nine-cupcake one is 16" 16."  You can click on the photos to enlarge them to see the details, such as the goopy encaustic cheese on the pizza.  They load slowly so be patient.
